Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase when sending your item back.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to you in the same form as your original payment — since we only offer Cash on Delivery method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products such as personal gear, hygiene-related items, or items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
